We used this home for a family gathering. Three generations of us gathering to reconnect. It couldn't have been better. One of my grandkids (a teenager!) asked if we could come back in October. When I said no, she asked if we could come again next summer. I think that says it all.

My family and I travel to Lake Hamilton for summer vacations every other year or so. This is our first year renting a house on the east side and wow, the view was just absolutely incredible. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and our sons really enjoyed sunset fishing on the dock. Very convenient to Hot Springs as well, as the home is a mile off Carpenter Dam Road. We enjoyed our holiday at Brian's home.

This property was just as described and absolutely breathtaking. Brian was extremely responsive and very proactive with instructions as well as local area suggestions. We really enjoyed our weekend on the lake and highly recommend this property!!

Every time we have visited Hot Springs this is the first place we check to see if it’s available. We love staying out on the lake and there’s so many things to do around there.

This Lake house is so beautiful and relaxing! We spent our 2024 Christmas break at this home and it was the best decision that we could had made! Brian is the best host ever and he is so helpful! This home is one of our top choices and will always be our first choice if available! Thanks again Brian you were awesome and we appreciate you for being a great host and welcoming our family for the third time!

House was definitely a million dollar view. From the moment we stepped into the house the view took our breath away! Lots of room and space for groups! We loved our time and the host (Brian) was awesome! We will definitely be back! Great weekend!
