we loved this lake-side home. The lake view from the living room and bedrooms is breathtaking. We enjoyed the view so much that we postponed our plan to visit the surroundings for a day instead enjoy ourselves at the home. Brian is a great host and always very quick yo respond. We very recommend this place and will visit again.

This property was perfect for our bachelorette trip. We had 11 ladies and there was plenty of space for us. The number of bathrooms is what drew me initially but once I saw the pictures and the views I was sold! Thanks for hosting the perfect weekend for my special daughter and her family and friends!

We used this home for a family gathering. Three generations of us gathering to reconnect. It couldn't have been better. One of my grandkids (a teenager!) asked if we could come back in October. When I said no, she asked if we could come again next summer. I think that says it all.

My family and I travel to Lake Hamilton for summer vacations every other year or so. This is our first year renting a house on the east side and wow, the view was just absolutely incredible. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and our sons really enjoyed sunset fishing on the dock. Very convenient to Hot Springs as well, as the home is a mile off Carpenter Dam Road. We enjoyed our holiday at Brian's home.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles, no street parking is allowed. There is room for one full sized vehicle in garage & possibly a small car OR two small cars. There is space to park one vehicle perpendicular to front door & two cars on pad in front of garage.
