Pay the extra money and stay at Brain's place! You will not regret it! Have traveled many times to the area, grateful too finally find a quiet, safe place. Trust me, stay on the Texas side if you can. I will be using Brian and Brian's other properties in the future.
Pros: Brians communication awesome, great quiet neighborhood, clean, clutter free, leaves basic essentials for use, big two car carport, easy access, new fully fenced yard, smart tvs in every room, comfy beds, warm showers.
Cons: I hope this review doesn't book up the property. I would like to keep returning :)

Million dollar view for sure. The whole family stood in front of those huge picture windows the entire trip! We visited in colder months, would love to come back and jump in the water when it’s warm outside. We loved the home - neighborhood felt very safe. Location was just far enough outside of town to feel quiet and peaceful but also a short drive to downtown and Oaklawn for horse races. 100% recommended!

La casa de Brian es hermosa, comoda, acogedora, ideal para un encuentro familiar....
Estamos encantados con las atenciones que nos ofreció. Además de facilitarnos hasta comestibles.... todo por hacernos sentir mas en casa.
La casa se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo, respetuoso y seguro.
Nuestra idea era pasar el mayor tiempo en convivencia. Siempre hicimos las comidas en casa por nosotros mismos. Las tiendas de víveres están muy cerca de casa.
No cabe duda que volveré a pensar en quedarme ahí.

Excellent stay with a lovely host that thought of everything -- decorated beautifully for the holidays to make it feel like home away from home! Lots of lovely personal touches. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in -- will definitely stay again!

We were in a pickle for some place to stay. Brian was super responsive and got us all taken care of in no time. The house was nice and clean, the area pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed our week stay at Brian's and would definitely stay again.

Brian was very good about giving instructions on how to get to the cabin and what to do for check out. The cabin was clean and the area was very peaceful. We were there to have Christmas with family and this cabin was in a great location. Our granddaughter loved walking around by the river and seeing the wildlife too. (Six deer coming in the yard!) Thank you for a great memory!

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy cottage on the Caddo River. Brian was an amazing host and communicated with us every step of the way. He even let us check in early which helped us settle in so smoothly.
The cottage itself is perfect for family time. The layout is wide open, bright, and beautiful which made hanging out together feel so easy and fun. The space has everything you could possibly need… a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer… all the comforts that make travel actually feel relaxing.
We left feeling happy, rested, and grateful for the experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at Brian's Airbnb. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos, offering a true reflection of what to expect. we loved this lake-side home. The lake view from the living room and bedrooms is breathtaking. We enjoyed the view so much that we postponed our plan to visit the surroundings for a day instead enjoy ourselves at the home. Brian is a great host and always very quick yo respond. We very recommend this place and will visit again.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was absolutely top-notch. The stay matched the description on the website perfectly. The host was very responsive and understanding in certain situations, even allowing us to check in early due to unfavorable weather conditions. I would highly recommend this place to others.
